The New Beginning

[Renzenku]

Ren stood watching the horizon, carefully waiting for the others to arrive. "How simple..."

They were to fight by moonlight, but everyone else was late and dawn had already crested. He had a feeling of another near by but they didn't show themselves so he stood in the center of the plains, contemplating some battle strategies.

I am to fight with Castiella, another angel... Fallen to be specific... It should be simple to form a decent combination with someone who's cut from the same swath of fabric... However Solomon will be an issue...

Looking over to the side Ren smiled at the 'person' walking.

[Castiella Kurayami]

Castiella appeared seemingly from no where, completely unamused about this situation, "And I have to be here because?"

[Renzenku]

"This is a pre-tournament two on two power battle. It's simple, and one of the few pre-tournament rounds, if you don't participate you'll most likely be tortured by the Tourny Advisors until the actual tournament starts." Ren smiled, "Besides, this will be fun!"

A man appeared off to the side of the field, holding a white and blue flag in his right hand and a red and grey flag in his left. Calmly murmering to the two already present, "I'm the advisor of this little match. As such you may kill each other and forego the trek from hell, as per the rules of pre-tourney. I will finish explaining the rules when the others get here..."

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion walked up to the the people gathered in front of him. He instantly noticed Ren, but the others he didn't know. "Hey Ren what's happening? Why are you gathering everyone?" he asked as he aproached them.

[Renzenku]

Ren smiled, "A little fight, two versus two, a pre-tournament power dicider. Me and her, Castiella, versus you and Solomon. And that dude over there is the referee." He smiled again, glancing at Castiella.

[Castiella Kurayami]

As per usual, the sapphire haired girl was wearing her mask and stood in silence, "Estás completamente despistado. Ni siquiera yo sabía que esto era para una pelea. Sólo preguntaba por qué tenia que estar aquí."

She cared not whether the kind standing before her knew what she was saying.

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion blinked rapidly at Castiella, "Excuse me? I'm sorry I only speak english, and a slight bit of spanish."

[Castiella Kurayami]

Castiella suppressed a smirk of amusement that wanted to come to her face as she replied to the boy infront of her, "Eso es muy malo para usted ahora no es así? Hablo con fluidez cinco idiomas y actualmente estoy trabajando en muchos otros."

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion replied lightly, "No estoy mal. Bueno para ti poder hablar muchos idiomas. Pero no me ofensa no podría importarme menos. Oh, and would it kill you to speak english?"

[Castiella Kurayami]

"Il ne serait pas, mais je préfère parler d'autres langues que l'anglais. Je trouve amusant, surtout lorsque seulement peu de gens savent réellement ce que je dis," Was the reply that came from the girl, this time in French and spoken very quickly.

Castiella was a strange girl but she didn't particularly care what people though of her anyways.

[Ezrion Alexander]

Again Ezrion blicked at her, "Uh... oh nevermind. I give up. So we're just waiting for Solomon eh?" He stretched his arms up over his head. "What's taking him so long?"

[Renzenku]

Ren twitched in annoyance, "Will both of you be quiet? Don't make me Babel Curse you both!"

Looking off in the distance he stood resolutely, continuing to wait for Solomon, Ren sighed and murmered "He's Late..."

[Solomon Black]

The gound shook as a elevator popped out of the ground. There was a ping and the slide doors opened. They revealed a slightly tipsy Solomon he slipped out of the elevator. " Ping! " The elevator went back down.

[Renzenku]

Ren sighed, "Whatever so long as everyone's here..."

The tournament advisor stepped forward, glancing at each of them in turn, "The rules are the same as the actual tournament, minus the trek. Should you die we, the advisors, will resurrect you and you can forgo the trek, for now. Power Round, Teir One. No holds barred, use all of your power and potential or this will be deemed illigitiment. You may begin."

Ren laughed with estatic pleasue at the battle at hand, yanking Castiella behind him he jumped to the far right side of the plains. Snapping his fingers a brilliant white light formed around him and when it dimmed ever so slightly a figure with six wings made of pure light, and made of pure divine energy, could be seen.

A hollow, resounding laugh echoed around the plains as Ren chuckled lightly. Turning to Castiella he smiled, "No holds barred correct? Be a little more social for this."

[Solomon Black]

Solomon laughed, " My turn kiddos! " He focused a bit then farted. " Whoopsie! " He tried again. His skin began to glow from the pure energy built up inside.

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion's armours started to cover his body, creating the fused version. His swords pulled from their place in the alternate dimension, fused together. He also created a battle axe on his back.

[Castiella Kurayami]

Castiella just sent a completely deadpanned look towards Renzenku, but sighed and pulled out two swords, "Lets get this over with. I have better things to do."

Emerald eyes were half lidded behind her mask and she waited for the right moment to strike as she so often did when fighting.

[Solomon Black]

Solomon gave her a drunk glare, " She is mine! "

He shot out a open hand in her direction. He glowed even more as all the ground behind her exploded. The ground behind her looked as if a nuke had gone off underground. " Oh? I missed? "

[Castiella Kurayami]

Castiella resisted a smirk becaue he hadn't missed, she'd moved ever-so-slightly as to dodge the blow. The sapphire haired girl had always been quick and stealthy as well; therefore she was an excellent choice for anyone who wanted an actual challenge in their fight.

[Solomon Black]

Solomon smiled, " Try again. " He raise his open hand again and massive spikes began pooping out of the ground around her. When there was about 60 of the he closed his hand into a fist, and all the spiked pressed together around Castiella.

When they had pressed so much that they created a ball of stone with her inside, He took his other hand and made a gun shape with his fingers, " Bang. " The stone blew up in a fiery explosion.

[Castiella Kurayami]

When the ball had blown up, one would expect to see flying body parts and such, but this was not the case. Instead, the only thing that scattered around was a mist of water that soon gathered and becaue Castiella, "Try again~"

[Solomon Black]

Solomon stumbled as he walked forward, " Willingly. "

He fell face first on the ground and mumbled something illegible. He pushed himself up and looked at her, a fire tornado coming from the sky towards her. " I do not remember doing that. " When he had fell he unconciesly did that.

[Castiella Kurayami]

Castiella paid no mind to the flaming tornado coming her way because immediately afterwards, said tornado froze solid from the inside out.

The amusment Cas was feeling because evident in both the smirk that crossed her lips and in the tone of voice in which she spoke, "You need to do a hell of alot better than that to even land a blow on me."

[Solomon Black]

Solomon rolled over on his back, " Ok~ " The ice around the tornado melted instantly and it crashed down on her incinerating anything in its path.

[Castiella Kurayami]

Castiella moved about an inch or two to the side, standing under the melted ice and letting the cool water fall on her. Once the water disappeared, so did Cas.
