Personality: Kyuumin doesn't have much of an overall theme, like, a constant emotion, and can be random at times. He pretty much does what he likes and loves to show off. He is a little arrogant, but knows when he can be bested.
Weapons: Typically just his powers.
Fighting Style: Kyuumin always traps his opponent in a dream state, and enters it. Whatever happens to the bodies in the dream becomes reality, so he typically destroys them with his manipulation. Though when he toys with his victims, he uses hand-to-hand as best he can to combat those who would get close to him.

History: Kyuumin thought that he was born from a Human in the Land of Crescent Moon, but it has become apparent to him that it was a lie. He learned this from his false mother, but said nothing to her. He simply left to search for his true past. He has decided to call the Land of Eternal Twilight his new home for now or forever; it depends on a couple factors that are quite dynamic.
Kyuumin has an alternate personality named Kagai that is blood thirsty and doesn't hesitate to kill an opponent. Kagai is Kyuumin's master and his link to the Dream World. Kagai does monitor Kyuumin's health and makes sure that he doesn't die. If Kyuumin nears death, Kagai will do his best to keep Kyuumin alive. After all, Kagai would die without Kyuumin.

The scene was set, the time was nigh. The sun had been put to rest, the moon had awoken and risen to the point directly above one's head. The stars were shining, the cold breezes were blowing. The terrors of the Shadow Forest were awake and ready to stalk the night. It was surprising that Kyuumin was still wandering at a time like this, as dangerous as it was. He may have been powerful, but it was still stupid to be in such a place without proper precautions.
Kyuumin didn't have a particular reason for being there either. It was all seemingly random. Or was it fate? He had just decided at one point during the day to stay the night at the Shadow Forest, though many thought it foolish to do so. He paid no heed to their warnings, knowing that any ordinary person would be killed. He was no ordinary person though, he was a Chosen One. When one gains this kind of strength and rank, most “dangerous” things aren't as threatening anymore.
The day had gone by slowly, as most summer days do. With nothing to do, he went to the beach where there were things of interest. It was not his kind of thing, but today was different. It was strange, but he actually went throughout the entire day without using a single technique. For at least one day, he was “normal”. For once, he could be part of the general populous, and not worry about people judging him based solely on his actions. Though, he was still judged. Everyone is judged when there are people around. He was judged more harshly since he was eight and wasn't anywhere near an adult. Kyuumin didn't mind, the way it worked for him, it didn't matter what they thought of him. He had occupied himself with building a sandcastle. Throughout the day he would make adjustments to it according to the tide and whatever he felt like doing to it. Though his mind was more developed than most eight year olds, he still felt envious of their sandcastles. To deal with the threat of a better looking castle, he made many more features on his castle so it would always be the best on the beach.
When the sun had begun to sink in the sky, more and more people began to leave the hot beach. No longer was it enjoyable to be out and about on the hot sand and swimming in the ocean. The only ones who were left on the beach were those who wanted to watch the sunset and those who were waiting for the night; Skinny dippers and people who wanted a midnight swim. Kyuumin had relatively nothing left to do, so he sat back and thought about what he could occupy himself with while others slept the night away. Kyuumin would sleep, if it weren't for the fact he didn't need sleep. Looking up at the sky he saw a dark cloud coming. It moved over the moon and suddenly, the beach was blanketed in darkness. An idea. Kyuumin, seeing the shroud of darkness covering the land, decided that he would visit the Shadow Forest. Before the moon was visible again, he was gone. He had gone straight to the forest without a second thought.
Now here he sat, waiting for something, anything. The rock he was sitting on didn't seem to be all that interesting. Neither did the many pairs of red eyes glaring at him from the darkness. The moon's reflected light shined directly on him, there was no trouble reaching his body from an aerial view since he was in a clearing. The eyes just watched him, wondering if he would sleep, if he would taste good. They made no movements, creating a silence that could only bring chaos. The calm before the storm, as they say. Kyuumin could feel the chill from the rock and the menacing stares from the forest around him. Laying back as if he was carefree and aloof made it all the more taunting. He wondered if that's what they did all night; trying to frighten people and consume anything that moved in the middle of the night. Thinking more about this he got up. Kyuumin was going to ask them.
Getting up from the rock, he was met with a strange girl. The eyes were no longer watching him. As if it were daytime again, the fears went into hiding, no longer ogling him in a way that a starved person looks at a gourmet meal or any kind of food for that matter. The girl was strange, not because of the way she looked, but because the evil thoughts that Kyuumin could detect from her subconscious. It was odd for her to be here, yes, but he could care less. Taking in his surroundings only took around two seconds, the rest of the time was spent staring at the little girl in front of him. She didn't say anything, but simply smiled at him, seemingly innocently. Kyuumin knew better than that. The malice from her mind was almost overpowering. Ignoring the instinct to run away, or kill her, he began to speak. “Hello there,” he said to her, acting like he was friendly.
“Don't bore me with those fake emotions. I know better than that,” she replied in a know-it-all tone. It seemed that the girl was smarter than she looked, but who was she and what did she want?
“Fine. I won't,” Kyuumin said impassively. This is how he normally was. If someone didn't like it, they'd have to deal with it. It would be their problem, not his.
“I'll get straight to the point. From my resources, I've gathered that you've got power. Not just any kind of power, but the kind that I can use to my advantage.” Before she could say anymore, Kyuumin cut her off.
“I won't be a tool, nor will I be a pawn. I'm not going to be used by the likes of you.”
“You should have let me finish. I request only one thing from you, and that one thing is something you've never done before. Now, I'm sure you're wondering how I even know about it,” he definitely was,” but I'll just say I've got sources.”
Without much to say, he tried to keep his composure. Who could this girl's “sources” be that they would know what he can and can't do? “What is it that you want from me?” He started off by asking. Of course, being neutral had its benefits. When you're good, you do things that help the world. When you're evil, you do things that destroy the world. Kyuumin was neither. He was neutral. This meant that you do things that are in your own self interest. It doesn't matter to you how that decision effects the world or people around you. A bit selfish, but beneficial. “And what do I get in return?” He followed up with.
She smiled almost ominously. “Of course, something in return.” She paused suspiciously. Kyuumin guessed that she had to think about what he could possibly want that she had. Kyuumin really didn't want anything, he was fine just the way he was. Other than the goal of his life to be fulfilled. Almost as if she could read his mind she started to speak again. “What is it that you want?” Simple Question. Wants are unlimited. Kyuumin was different though. He didn't have many dreams, especially since he could make them a reality whenever he wanted. This thought process would take a while, and it did.
It felt like hours before Kyuumin could come up with an answer to the girl. The queer thing was, time seemed to stop for him. The moon hadn't moved, he didn't grow wearier. It was almost as if, time had stopped. Kyuumin didn't notice though, he was too deep in thought. Kagai had plenty of things he wanted, but none of them would benefit Kyuumin. With finality, he gave up on thinking by jumping to his feet.
Of course, the girl had come up with something long before he began the endless thinking. It seemed she knew more about Kyuumin than he did himself. Though, with a 'client' Kyuumin didn't have room to complain, especially since she was his first. It was rather an interesting deal she made when she finally began to speak again.
“So...Can I assume you're done thinking?” She said smugly, rubbing her cheeks to get the feeling back in them.
“Yes, I can't think of anything I would need.”
“That's fine, I've come prepared for this.” It felt strange as she said this. Every moment was strange, but the way she said it was the creepiest part. She knew too much. Am I that obvious to figure out? Kyuumin thought to himself.
“And what exactly do you mean by that?” Kyuumin knew that she could be bluffing, but what if she wasn't? What could it be? Well, pondering about it certainly wasn't going to answer that question. He looked to the strange girl for the answer.
She seemed to have disappeared from sight. He looked left, and then right; the obvious directions that she could have gone. Almost as if she intended him to be searching, there was a feeling of weight on his right shoulder. Spinning around quickly and jumping back Kyuumin saw the girl.
“And what did you do that for? You never answered my question.”
“I was getting to that, silly.” The smile on her face made Kyuumin grow even more suspicious. He wasn't keen on trusting anyone, anyway, but he felt that a closer attention of detail could be important. He began to study her clothes more closely. There didn't seem to be any weapons she could have, the dark gray skirt she was wearing didn't have pockets, and her socks were easily visible. There were no strange bulges in them, and her shoes were too small to contain anything dangerous. Her blouse was quite skimpy and showed no signs of being used to conceal anything.
There was still the chance that she may have magic to summon something dangerous. It seemed unlikely, though, and he really didn't think she would be foolish enough to attack one of the Chosen Ones. However, anything was possible when it came to strangers. Especially when they wanted something from you and didn't show any fear or admiration. Of course, they could just not care, but this was improbable. In the presence of someone or something that could easily take your life away with simply a whim, some kind of emotion was bound to be shown, if capable, that is.
After thoroughly examining the strange girl, Kyuumin sat back down again with a sigh and listened with disinterest. The girl didn't announce her name now, or ever, and didn't seem to want to at all. She acted like she was going to tell him some kind of top secret information, much like a child, and leaned in closely. It was obvious that she was excited and Kyuumin could tell that she would be bounding off of walls had she been inside. Her voice began as an excited whisper, but eventually lowered to a serious and a more commanding tone.
“In exchange for one wish I will give you something to your liking! It's a Teddy Bear! It will go perfectly with whatever you decide to do with it. However, a normal Teddy Bear would be meaningless, no? This seemingly innocent plushie has certain abilities. Ones I'm sure you'd be well aware of had you not accepted this long before.”
Kyuumin stopped listening to what she was saying and listened more closely to the way she was saying it. It seemed that she was slipping in her fake emotions.
“My wish is a simple one and after you grant it, I'll be on my way. I'll leave happy and you'll leave happy. Simple.”
Nothing was ever that simple.
“I wish that I had your powers,” she said simply.
Kyuumin was ready to grant her wish whenever he wanted, but he didn't trust that the Bear was worth it. He would have accepted the moment she brought up the Bear, but Kagai had prevented him from doing so. Kyuumin had to sit back and listen, more closely than he ever would have before. There were dark tones and hidden meanings in everything she said. At least, that's what Kagai had told him. Considering Kagai had the best at heart, as in, he wouldn't let Kyuumin die, Kyuumin felt that he could trust Kagai for once. At least for now.
Kyuumin closed his eyes and concentrated on the presence before him. The girl didn't move and watched in excitement as her wish was granted before her very eyes. Little did she know that her wish would be granted, but with Kyuumin's best interests at heart. A light glow emanated from Kyuumin's very pores, leaking out from all directions and pouring into a small little puddle at his feet.
“Is that it?!” The girl asked, slightly frustrated and disappointed. She folded her arms and narrowed her eyes to glare at him.
Kyuumin hadn't moved an inch from where he was standing and continued to keep his eyes closed. By now his pores had stopped purging the strange power to where it lay on the ground now. The aura that was of a deep blue color had created a circle at Kyuumin's feet. Kyuumin's eyes opened and he looked to the girl with an impassive look on his face. He nodded once and the aura engulfed her in an explosion of blues. Near the ground the shade of blue was a dark blue very close to black, creating a gradient to the top of her head. The aura nearest her head being of a blue very much like white, but not quite.
It seemed that the girl hadn't moved either. Not when nothing happened and not when the strange aura seemed to attack her. Nothing could be seen from Kyuumin's point of view and he began to worry. This was the first time he'd ever performed this technique. In essence, it was just raw power being given form and strength. After a few moments his worry got to him and he lunged at the swirling aura that was his own. He could feel it repelling against him and he nearly lost his footing. Giving more determination in his attack at the wall of power, he gripped it like he was about to pull it open. He began to slowly pull it apart much like a sliding door that got jammed. The aura separated at his point of entry and a loud cracking sound came from the aura. Being right next to it, Kyuumin felt nearly deafened by it.
Kyuumin could see something dark on the ground as he created an entrance, or rather, an escape from the inside of the aura. He assumed it was the girl, and it probably was considering nothing was in there with her, and pulled harder on the aura. His eyes were clenched shut and he pulled with all the strength he could muster up from his small eight year old body. Though, since it was simply raw power it probably didn't need the extra effort put out. By now, he could see clearly inside the aura and the girl that was inside. She didn't seem to be standing anymore and was crumpled onto the ground in front of him. Kyuumin immediately jumped down to see her, ignoring the aura-wall he had just been separating. Surprisingly, the wall stayed apart. Kyuumin was on his knees in a matter of seconds and lifted the girl's head to see if she was alright.
She was dead. In the back of Kyuumin's mind, Kagai laughed with malevolence. It seemed he may have been the cause of it. Kyuumin dropped the body and it fell limp onto the ground and made a light thud noise. The moment after he found her body and realized she was dead, the aura surrounding him and the body vanished without so much as a flash. Kyuumin stood up, obviously angry, and walked to a nearby tree. He lay against it and fell asleep almost instantly.
“What did you do?!” Kyuumin hollered.
“I have no idea what you're talking about,” Kagai retorted with a smile on his face. “You're the one who used the technique. I had nothing to do with that.”
“Liar!!!”
“Hah, as if I would go so low as to use sabotage when I could've easily taken over your body in the weakened state you would have been in after you finished the technique.”
Kyuumin's eyes widened a little at what Kagai had told him. “Would have been in....”
“Yeah, you got so worried with that little 'human' that you broke the technique just as it ripped out her soul and began to insert a copy of your powers.” Kagai laughed at the memory. “It was really quite funny to see you get so upset over someone you don't even know and end up killing her.” He smiled slyly.
“....Just...shut up...” Kyuumin looked down and away from Kagai's knowing face.
“Yeah, that's what I thought,” said Kagai before Kyuumin woke up, being expelled from that plane of existence.
Kyuumin swung his head back and hit the tree behind him on purpose, making a satisfying thwack sound as he did so. Stupid, stupid, stupid! He thought to himself as he looked to the body that was once a girl. The girl hadn't moved, nor had anything else in the forest. Only Kyuumin was left, and with his victim before him. All that was left, was to get rid of the body or find a powerful necromancer of some sort. Kyuumin closed his eyes and began to deliberate what he should do. Just as he did this, the body vanished in a breeze, creating a black dust in its wake.
When Kyuumin opened his eyes again, the body was gone. For one single moment he was panicked. Then, he thought better of letting his emotions get the better of him and dismissed it. He was done here. Calling down a cloud from the cloudless star-filled sky, he left the Forest and the memories were sent to Kagai to do what he wished with it. Unknowingly, the Teddy Bear was kept by him.

Alright, only thing I need to know: Is the dream like world impossible to impose yourself on? In other words, can other people trapped in it do things to Kyuumin/Kagai?

Not really, this is why he is mainly a 1 vs 1 fighter.
He makes the person sleepy > they fall asleep eventually > they're trapped until they awaken which is typically a few hours, plenty long enough to kill them
whereas with more than one opponent

Pretty much, yeah, unless they can somehow avoid falling asleep or being affected by him. Btw, what is this "thourough"?

Name: The White Room

Description: The user makes everything in a one mile radius disappear. The only thing left is a small white room. This room nullifies all powers and abilities from those weaker than the user. Since this is a daydream, the users powers are not affected. Any attempt to leave this room will end with being sent to the center. This technique affects the world itself and can only be undone by the User.

Description: The User inside the dream may create whatever they like. This slowly destroys the opponents brain and creativity part of the brain. Description: A Crystal barrier made up of what seems like blankets, at first, forms around the enemy and encases them within it. This technique works on those equal and weaker than the user. This barrier keeps whomever within it alive for as long as the user wishes. The person/thing inside it must forever sleep within a terrible nightmare of everyone's design. Those stronger than the user are capable of breaking free.

Description: A Blanket wraps around the Opponent and constricts their movements. It can only be broken by a cut from the outside. The longer a person stays within the blanket, the closer they become to sleep.

Description: The sun(or lights) are blocked out by what seems like an extremely large blanket. In place of the sun is a light warmness. That of a calming and tiring warmth fills the whole area of the blanket.

Description: The user falls asleep on the spot. During this time, their second form barrier is released(Kagai comes out) and they heal any damage to their imaginary body(Kyuumin).

That level of pwn is reserved for the Admin/Ragno/Me. Far to powerful in quite a few moves my friend. Though I think I shall get Solomon in here to add on to my changes if he deems it necessary.

- Spork: To powerful. I can't allow something like that, especially that when combined with your character it equals instant death xD Props on the Sporkness though
The White Room: Make the Radius into something more like, a mile, since that's still a lot. And it's not like the person can move out of it, seemingly. It seems okay outside of that. Though you should change it to read that it only works on those who are weeker then you, considering that if their stronger you shouldn't be able to nullify their energy when your own doesn't match up.
Make A Wish Foundation: Again, make it so the wish can only be within your power. You can't end the world at a whim here.

B Ranks:

Everything in this rank is just to poweful, ironically the B ranks are better then your listed S rank in retrospect. It seems that whatever you do in these dreams; improves you but harms the opponent.... Seriously EVERYTHING in this category must be changed to not compliment your S ranks and other moves, simply because they are far to powerful to permit easy access like that. You shouldn't be able to make someone sleep enternally, even if interaction stops it, you shouldn't be able to make a dream world around everything that you control in every aspect and your opponent can do nothing so long as you will it. You shouldn't be able to improve your stats, at your opponents sacrafice. The only possible allowed thing, MAY be the Barrier, but it depends on its strength...
C Ranks:

Only two that need be changed, are actually both required to be removed: Mental Rest, and Obedience. That is all.
D Ranks:

Immobilize, Remove It, Leaf Hug; remove the leaf. Blanky, remove it.
That level of pwn is reserved for the Admin/Ragno/Me. Far to powerful in quite a few moves my friend. Though I think I shall get Solomon in here to add on to my changes if he deems it necessary.

Your attempt to slavage the barrier was sucessful, the other not so much. Because you are moving at intense speed (coughlighspeedormachspeedcough) and all it takes it three near hits and your opponent is basically asleep. No. Sorry, but no ^^
The change you made on Sweet Dreams is a little cheap, but I suppose I'll allow it... Depends on how you use it in the future: Don't abuse.

Regarding the Sweet Dreams thing, it's not much different than expelling poison gas.

If it weren't for the fact that it also links to every other one of your moves and makes your opponent fall asleep fairly easily, which even in others cases it isn't a good thing to be put to sleep fighting anyone.
