Shadow's Chaos Control

Name: Chaos Control
Requirements: The chaos emerald Shadow Jr. keeps on him allows him to use this spell without using his own energy. (can only be used twice)
Class: Supplementary
Element: Chaos energy
Effect: Slows down time so Shadow Jr. can heal or get a better position.
History: The only spell Shadow Jr. was able to do from birth. This spell let Shadow Jr. escape from battles he was not prepared for, and also let him take people by surprise by sneaking up up right behind them.

Time is the one ability you are not allowed to stop. You can have it so he moves so fast his opponents would have to be moving at light speed to see him properly and be able to retaliate. But you can not stop time.
